Ariori — Landing Page Policies
1. What's Included
Each landing page package covers:
One (1) landing page, up to 7 sections, as agreed in the initial brief
Design in Framer using your provided brand assets (or a starter palette if none provided)
Mobile + desktop responsive layout
2 rounds of revisions (see below)
Basic on-page copy placement (client provides final copy, or copywriting is a separate add-on)
Anything beyond this like extra pages, custom animations, third-party integrations, e-commerce setup, copywriting, SEO setup — is out of scope unless agreed and quoted separately.
2. Revisions
Includes 2 rounds of revisions on the agreed scope.
A "revision" means adjusting existing sections (layout tweaks, copy swaps, color/image changes) not adding new sections or features.
Revision requests must be sent as one consolidated list per round, not piecemeal over days.
Revisions beyond the included rounds are billed.
3. Scope Changes ("Can you also add...")
Any request for something not in the original brief (new pages, new features, extra sections, redesign after approval) is treated as a new scope item.
New scope items require a written quote and are only started once agreed and, where applicable, paid for.
I'll flag scope creep as soon as I see it this isn't me being difficult, it's how I keep pricing fair for both of us.
4. Payment Terms
50% deposit to begin work, 50% due before final files/launch handoff.
Deposit is non-refundable once work has started.
Work pauses if payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
5. Timeline
Standard turnaround: A week from receiving final brief + assets.
Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets push the delivery date back accordingly, they don't shrink the timeline on my end.
I'll give at least 48 hours' notice if I need to adjust a deadline on my side.
6. Communication
All scope-related decisions (what's included, what's extra) are confirmed in writing (email/DM), not verbally, this protects both of us.
Response time: within [24–48 hours] on business days.
7. Ownership & Usage
Final files/site access are handed over only after final payment is received.
Design remains my portfolio piece unless otherwise agreed (I can add an NDA option for an extra fee).
